PCP

be a problem. We have arrived at an affordable solution.
The Alpha-Carette will directly fill a PCP Air Gun or Carbon Fiber Tank in
minutes.
Our newest updated Alpha-Carette compressor provides high pressure air
for refilling your PCP (Pre-Charged-Pneumatic) airgun or 4500 PSI
Carbon Fiber Air
Tank. It is a stand-alone water cooled unit that will top off our
71 Cu Ft (410 Cu In) Tiger Shark tank from 3000 PSI to 4500 PSI in ONLY
1.5 Hours and fill it from EMPTY to 4500 PSI in ONLY 4.5 Hours. The
unit is completely self-contained, so no extras are
needed. (And I measured the time to fill myself.)
Our Alpha-Carette uses the KISS system (Keep It Simple Sam). It has an
open-frame design to prevent heat and dust build up and provides easy
access. Minimal electronics keeps going without a hitch. Just set
the pressure switch to the pressure you want to fill your airtank or
airgun, and let it go. It will automatically shut off! It has a
conveniently located drain valve on the condensate tube, so it is SUPER
EASY to use. Completely self-contained. It is THE easiest to use 4500
PSI compressor on the market in this price range, Guaranteed!!!
No worries about draining moisture. The GENUINE ALPHA-CARETTE is the only compressor in this price range that comes equipped with the Auto-Condensate Drain (ACD) that automatically purges the moisture out of the compressor. And only our Alpha-Carette has the Pressure Maintaining Valve (PMV), that is necessary to help remove moisture from the system.
Everything
from A-Z (or Alpha to Omega if
you're Greek) is included to either Carbon Fiber PCP Air Tank or

wish, you can separately purchase the Alpha Water Filter/Drier for $400
at a later date. This filter can be used with the Alpha, Shoebox, or

We have QUALITY compressor output
Air/Moisture filters that work with any compressor from A-Z, Alpha to
Omega. We
also stock a full line of moisture
filters that will work with our Alpha-Carette compressor, as well as the
Shoebox, Raptor, Omega and other compressors. While a condensate
trap only collects the moisture that...well condenses, there is always
moisture retained in the air (just like on humid day). Our
moisture filter will remove the moisture in the air that remained in
the air. For liability reasons I don't want to say the air is so
clean it is breathable, so instead I'll say it will be very clean. (may
have slightly different appearance due to fittings, etc.)
NOTE:
Only our filters for PCP (Pre-Charged-Pneumatic) Airguns use a
replaceable element. One can not simply put beads into a cylinder
for a number of important reasons.
- It just won't work.
Filter Design 101 teaches the obvious fact that the media must be very
TIGHTLY packed, or the air willl simply flow around the media. This is
called "Channeling". Channeling is the reason why filters use
inexpensive cartridges that are pre-packed at the factory because one can not safely JAM media into a filter.
- SAFETY - The moisture in filter media leaches acid, and hence must
not come in direct contact with the filter tube. Acid that leaches out
will eventually make it to the threads on the end-caps of the filter,
weakening them, and eventually causing the high possibility of
catastrophic failure. This point can't be stressed enough. This is Filter Design class 101, but it seems not all took the class.
- It just won't work well unless properly designed. Filter Design 101 shows explains the requirement that pressure be built up to over 2000 PSI before the air flow. Without it, the air does not have enough dwell time and pressure for being scrubbed and simply passes through.
- Our replaceable filter element
use Molecular Sieve for the filter media. This has been proven to be
the best, and is even used in SCUBA compressor filters for breathing.
- In short, we did our
homework. We didn't just throw beads in a tube and sell it as a
filter for PCP use, hoping you would believe it worked (and worked
safely). Like we have said in the past. Sometimes copied, never equaled!
